Francis L. Brown, 84, of Cochranville, PA, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023 at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester. He loved sports, listening to country music, and his family most of all.

Brown and wife Barbara of Ocean City, MD, seven grandchildren; James P. Fisher III and wife Elisa Keller of Avondale, PA, Jesse Wood and partner Ella Zellefrow of Narvon, PA, Timothy L.
