Sharon L. Wettig, 76, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Providence Place Senior Living.  Born in Coatesville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul Leon and Alyce Barbara Sherota Sagner.

Sharon was a graduate of Octorara High School and worked in purchasing for Amerimax Home Products, Inc. of Lancaster.

She is survived by a son, G. Chad Wettig of Lancaster, granddaughter, Addisyn Wetting of Lancaster, sister, Joan Leinhauser of Lititz, and Paula Shelton of Gordonville.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg, PA. Online condolences can be posted at www.wildefuneralhome.com

Sharon was such a joy to be around. I worked with her for many years. We had so many good laughs together. The heavens gained a special angel. She will be missed so much.

Sharon was My Bestie Girlfriend. I will miss her so very much. We shared a lot of great times together. So many fun filled times. I am sad. So very sad. My heart is heavy and my eyes full of tears.

I just happened to notice the obituary amd am so sorry to see she passed. Always lit up a room with her smile, her humor, and warmth.  She and my mom apparently the best years as friends for so long.  Now they can be ornery together again.
