Owen Lee Davis, 20, of Downingtown, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at his home.  Born in Fernandina Beach, Florida, Owen was the son of  Gwenn Anne (DeGezelle) Davis and Richard L. Davis, Jr.  

Owen had attended Pennsylvania College of Art and Design and was currently working as a line cook at The Station Taproom.  

He enjoyed anime, writing poetry, drawing portraits and comics, skateboarding, and walking in Hibernia Park.  Owen was an excellent listener, who loved and protected people with all his heart.

He enjoyed his two cats, "Mr. Aaron Purr" and "Fluffy".  

Owen is survived, in addition to his parents, by his two siblings, Javynn Davis of Coatesville and Marshal Davis of Downingtown; his paternal grandmother, Sandra Smith; and his maternal grandparents, Diane and Dave DeGezelle.  

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Dennis Smith.  

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 10th, 2022 at 11 AM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main Street, Parkesburg, Pa, followed by interment at Upper Octorara Cemetery of Parkesburg.  The viewing will be from 9:30 AM until the time of the service.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Owen's GoFundMe.

I am sorry for your loss. Lee was a sweet kid and he’s gone way too soon. I’ve known him since he was a kid and he will be missed very much! I’m wishing peace for you and your family.

Lee, it has been a year now since you've passed, and we miss you every day. I might not have gotten to meet you in person, but knowing you at all online was a blessing, and you were a wonderful friend to many. You are not forgotten. I hope you are happy where you are now and that someday me and all of our mutual friends get to see you there.
