Florence E. Taylor, 86, of Parkesburg, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at the Brandywine Hospital surrounded by her family. Born in Parkesburg, she was the daughter of the late William J. Davis and Maude Benner Davis.
Florence was employed for over 20 years by Unisys in Downingtown retiring in 1991. She enjoyed playing the lottery and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons; John Taylor and wife Kathy of Coatesville and Jim Taylor and wife JoAnn of Parkesburg, son-in-law Tom Valentini of Parkesburg, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one sister Jean Welsh of Thorndale and special niece Gladys Irwin of Coatesville. She was preceded in death by one daughter Ann Valentini and three siblings; Grace Lammey, Roy Davis and Orville McLaughlin.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 30, 2020 at 11:00AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from 10:00 AM to the time of the service.

We will not be attending due to the current health situation. Mom is 94 and at Harrison House, while her health is pretty good, can not take chances. My wife Chrissy just finished a years treatment for cancer and has no immune system right now.
