Condolences

Mr. Whitehead was a constant presence during my time at East Fallowfield Elementary School. I remember feeling so intimidated by his height when I was young, but the few conversations I had with him proved him to be a kind, attentive and caring person. I'm saddened to learn of his passing, and I'll always remember him as being a genuinely nice and friendly man. I'm thinking of his family during this incredibly painful time.

My thoughts and prayers to his family.
Michael was a kind and gentle person, we were High School Classmates. He will be greatly missed.

I am so very sorry to read of the passing of Mike...I worked with him at East Fallowfield Elementary School for many, many years.  I always thought of him as a gentle giant: kind, quiet, thoughtful, helpful and good with our children.  Thinking of his family as they say their good-byes.

When I just saw this on Facebook I gasped. Then immediately Many memories popped into my head. Michael was my friend since East Fallowfield through high school. He was always so kind, caring, and polite. I remember him being picked on and when he shared with me his sadness. I also remember when that changed due to his kindness to others.  I'll never forget our long talks and laughs. I wish we had never lost touch. May God comfort your family during this very difficult time. The world lost a great person!! I pray your family can celebrate your life and that God will help to bring back all the happy memories to share with each other. God be with you and may he hold you tight!
In Christ,

Nobody has too many friends so when I lose a friend it's like a part of me goes missing.  Mike had been a long time friend to my family and when Connie came into his life I feel it made him complete.  We shared the spirit of good sportsmanship, the love of our environment, and a willingness to share ourselves with others.  Mike stepped up and supported local trout clubs and sportsman's clubs with his presence.  He got involved and helped out any way he could to make sure their agenda was successful.  Some live life to the fullest and others like Mike share their life to the fullest.  We shared our love of fishing through conversation and actual stream time.  Mike's arms were longer than mine so he always caught bigger fish.  I'm confident that we will stand side by side in a stream once again in a much better place.  RIP Old Friend.
