Condolences

Fred was such a GREAT friend and neighbor to us in East Waterford, Juniata County.  I was sad when Fred moved away from our area.  I miss the times we were able to just talk and I know that he will be greatly missed by his family.  Knowing that Fred is no longer in pain is comforting.  My prayers go out to all that knew Fred.

Farewell, until we meet again, dear Fred, best friend and significant other to my mother. I am eternally grateful for your unending kindness, bottomless generosity, simple wisdom, and the home space of  peace and calm you have provided for my mother, my sister, my niece and me, wherever you lived.  And thank you for having the foresight to grant me the care of your great cat and faithful companion, Hobo. He continues to be a blessing. We are reading "Die Wise" together. You did that brillantly. Thank you for the lesson. You live in our hearts forever.

Dear family and friends of Fred,

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, and having recently been informed, we offer our sincere condolences at Fred´s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are always saddened whenever a fellow "Bubblehead" departs on Eternal Patrol. He served with honor in the U.S. Submarine Force.

To our "Brother-of-the-Phin" we say, "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. Fair Winds and Following Seas." Thank you for your service to our country.

To the family... "may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you." 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (ESV).
