Marion P. Lambert

Marion P. Lambert, 88, lived most of her life in Coatesville, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 under the care of Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center in Narvon.  She was the widow of David M. Lambert, Jr.

Born in Coatesville, Marion was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Swoyer) and Paul Gawrys.

Marion worked as a seamstress for Cardinal Cotton in Coatesville. She loved to crochet and take trips to Atlantic City and Delaware Park and play the slots.

She is survived by her two children: David M. Lambert III, husband of Marg, of Honey Brook, and Linda M. Cox, wife of Gerald, of Delaware; four grandchildren: David Lambert IV, Gregory Lambert, Heather DiPietrantonio wife of John, Jessica Yosko; two great-grandchildren: Savannah Yosko and Giovanni DiPietrantonio and two brothers, Raymond Gawrys of Coatesville and Paul Gawrys of Myerstown.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 30th, 2019 at 11 AM at Our Lady of Consolation, 603 W 2nd Ave, Parkesburg, PA 19365 with a visitation from 10 until 11 AM.
