Condolences

Mike and I enjoyed both your mom and dad when they would frequent Country Gardens Restaurant. I remember one day at lunch time as I was seating them, they got to choose where they wanted to sit. Marian wanted to sit at one table and Jesse didn't want to sit at that table, she said well this is where I want to sit. They ate lunch at separate tables that day.  They were both faithful loyal customers of ours. It was nice to have known them.  Memories

Sue & Jeff and Family----my sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother.  Her name is one that comes up again and again when chatting with life-long local residents about all-things Sadsbury Township and Parkesburg.  She was definitely a local icon and a wealth of information about our little part of the world.

When I was a Deacon at Upper Octorara I so enjoyed talking and visiting with Marion while she was at Heatherwood.   Marion was my first resident to see followed by Betty Dague as I made my rounds.  Marion and Betty were so much fun to talk to.  Marion was a wealth of information everytime I had a question about Upper Octorara or its members.  I've known Marion all my life.  And I'm blessed for having time with her.  She truly did walk with the Lord.

Love and blessings to her entire family,

Lew and Martha Gay
