Garland W. "Gary" Kiser, 64, of Parkesburg, died at his home on Wednesday, November 22, 2017. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, he was the son of the late Thomas Luther Kiser and Nora Lea Moore Kiser LeGates.
Gary was a 1971 graduate of the P.S. DuPont High School of Wilmington, Delaware. He was employed by A. Duie Pyle, Inc. as a dockworker and more recently he worked for Wayne Moving and Storage of West Chester, PA.
He was a Philadelphia Eagles fan and he also enjoyed watching NACAR racing. Gary also enjoyed cooking.
He is survived by two brothers; Jerry Kiser of Milton, Delaware and Daniel C. LeGates of Parkesburg and three nephews; Emerson LeGates, Kevin Kiser and Eric Kiser. He was preceded in death by two brothers; Thomas Kiser and Edward Kiser.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11 AM from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 10 to 11 AM.
