So sad to hear of the news about Nancy. I worked with her at the CCIU Practical Nursing program. She was always full of laughter and fun. She gave me some very helpful hints on my crocheting teachniques. She was an inspiration to all as she made millions of crocheted projects for those less fortune. You wil be sadly missed, we love you Nancy B. Prayers go out to your family! Love, Terri Rich

Oh how tough you tried to be, but you just couldn't hold back that smile. Sassy and sarcastic, but always on point with your advise. Always knew how to make me laugh. You have touched so many lives and will be missed. Prayers for your family at this time of need.

Nancy
Nancy, My "old" friend. We had many years of fun together. From raising our kids together to Christmas shopping (eating) and working together and everything else in between .. Through the ups and downs for more years than I will say, we had each other. My heart is heavy and I miss you so much. Rest easy my friend. Teddy and Shannon you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Bubbles
Nancy was on the other side of a cubicle wall at the ESC when I was new to the IU. One day we started blowing bubbles over the wall, brightening both of our days. I started calling her Bubbles, which so fit her fun personality. God bless her soul and comfort her family. Mame
My Friend
I am so sorry for your loss, Teddy and for my loss of a good friend. Nancy and I worked together for many, many years and we still kept in contact and got together for dinner even after my retirement. She was kind, witty and just a beautiful soul! We shared an absolute love of animals! I am sure Hershey misses her too! Life will be a bit empty without her. Fortunately we all have many good memories to hold on to!
God Bless
I worked with Nancy at the PNP and continued to see her after I retired. I loved this lady. She was gentle and kind and would do anything to help someone. i will miss her.
With thoughts of peace and courage
Teddy & Shannon,
At this time of great sadness may you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you.
Your mother will never be forgotten her kindness and compassion will live in my heart forever.
With deepest sympathy,

Oh, so sorry to hear of Nancy
Oh, so sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. I am a retired nursing instructor from CCIU & Nancy was one of the first people I met there. She knew absolutely every thing about the program - a source of knowledge. I love her crochet pieces and use them on my table around the holidays. She had such a great sense of humor. She loved her family & found much joy in their lives & accomplishments. She will be so missed. Prayers to the family.
A Truely Great Person
My memories of Nancy span the years I spent with the program. She was always there to help and happy to do it. Whether it was with loans or just borrowing a pen (though the pen always came with a firm demand to return), she was there to assist. A bright and joyful personality and completely ready for a smart comeback. I'm sorry to hear of her passing and know she will be missed and remembered by thousands of people she has positively effected.
CCIU
So sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She was wonderful to chat with during my breaks at school. Nancy had a kind heart and she sincerely cared about others.
With Deepest Sympathy
Nancy will surely be missed. I worked with Nancy at CCIU and she was so kind and thoughtful. I remember when my kids were younger, every holiday, she would make a goodie bag for not only my kids but all of the kids with whom she worked with their parents. She was definitely sassy and loved to laugh - she would do anything for anyone. May you find peace in the memories that you have of your Mom. May she rest in peace.

A caring and wonderful person who will be dearly missed.
I only knew Nancy for a few short months, however it only took our first meeting to realize what a caring, generous, helpful and wonderful person she was. I will miss not having her for guidance during the remainder of my schooling. My deepest sympathy during your time of loss.

Missing you
Teddy your mom was a special women. I am so sorry for your loss. Her and I had quite a bond over the years and have been through so much together in the short time I knew her. I went to tell her good bye this afternoon and thats when it hit me. I am going to miss her so so much. Ever since I started working with her each holiday she would make up the cutest goodie bags for the kids. Madi still to this day would always get excited for what Nancy made her. She would even make little hats for the babies at Chester County Hospital and the faculty would take them in to clinical. She had a heart of gold and could be tough even when we all knew it was hard for her to be tough. The students have sent us such fond memories of her. She was loved and respected by so many people. She was the brains of the operation for sure. Every day I had a question or couldn't figure something out she would always get me on the right track. Again I am so very sorry for your loss. She will be missed by so many.
Miss Bowman, you were an
Miss Bowman, you were an amazing person, so caring and supportive. You helped me through a rough time of my life, letting me know I was strong and I would beat my illness. Now you're with our Savior looking down on everyone you helped giving us still courage and strength through all we endure in life. You will greatly be missed in my heart.
PNP won't be the same without you
Those of us who work at the CCIU Practical Nursing program have lost an amazing coworker and friend. Nancy was always there with a smile, a great story, and of course, chocolate when we needed it. She always had the answers to whatever computer issue I was having and she helped me out with my sewing inadequacies more han once. Nancy made every holiday special with her gifts for all of us. She was an integral part of our team and an honorary nurse (as she learned so much editing our nursing questions). Work won't be the same without you. I'll miss you.
Missing you Nancy!
Dear Family & Friends of Nancy- Although I've known about Nancy's passing- it's been difficult for me to even write a condolence. Others have known Nancy for much longer than I have- about 7 years. As has been stated- the program of Practical Nursing will not be the same without her- and we will probably be finding out for many months all of the things she was doing for all of us to make things keep going. She was one of the smartest people I know with the strongest work ethic- on top of all of her creative energies. Her love for her family and of course Hershey was so strong!
During a recent illness of mine- Nancy made a prayer shawl for me and it comforts me every day. I will never forget her kindness in making it for me. Although we never really talked about it- another common thread we must have is the belief in the power of prayer. I pray her family will heal from their earthly loss of her and be blessed by loving memories. May she rest in peace! Fondly, Sharon Hodge
I am so sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry for your loss. I know it is tough losing a loved one. I would like to give you some words of encouragement that helped me cope. A lot of people have been told things by others all their life and they believe what they are told just because they want to believe it and it sounds wonderful. What I would like to tell you though is not my opinion or my thoughts but God’s thoughts from the Bible, so please look at your Bible and see the truth. God promises that we will live again but it is not like what most people think. Please look at Revelation chapter 21 and verses 3 & 4 very closely. If you notice here it talks about death and pain being no more now ask yourself is there pain and death in Heaven? That scripture is talking about right here on Earth a kingdom that will be set up and ruled by Jesus that will rid mankind of death and pain, please look at Daniel 2 verse 44 and see that this is a real kingdom.
