R.I.P. Brandy
So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family. Brittany and Joey I am thinking of you.
Brandy, what can I say that
Brandy, what can I say that even comes close to measuring how I feel about this. You were always a terrific friend and like a second mom to my kids. You were the type of person that it didn't matter if it was 9 minutes or 9 months since you spoke to that person, you were there with a hug and something funny to say as if no time went by. I always valued our friendship. Anytime I was sick, you were always right there helping me as much as you could or taking care of my girls until I could function again. It was all the little things that meant the most and were never forgotten. You always valued your family (and family to you didn't necessarily mean blood related) and finding a way to bring everyone together. If you saw all of us lost souls right now crying and just going thru the motions because we still can't comprehend what just happened, you'd tell us to knock it off and use this opportunity to get together, laugh, and you'd probably tell us to have a drink instead, while you laugh that contagious laugh. I feel like I took our friendship for granted. That out of the 2 of us, you always feared it was going to be me you were going to say good-bye to and I did too. Losing you, shed some perspective in how I should have been living. I should have never taken for granted that you would always be there. That there will always be time to make up for lost time. This just doesn't feel real. You were a great mother, a great friend, daughter, and wife. I only hope I can honor your memory the way you would want. Till we meet again, may you stay forever in our memories and close to our hearts.

Dear Vega Family and Friends,
I am so sorry for your loss. Myself and the staff of OPLC just found out about this terrible accident and we are stricken with grief. There realy are not words to express our deep sorrow for your loss. As Samual's teacher, I have only met Brandy a few times durring our short school year - but was impressed by the love and care she showed for her son. Sammy is a bright, kind, loving person, and these qualities will help him in the long battle ahead.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. As a widow I believe that my husband sits on my shoulders and is present in my heart.. I believe the same thing for Brandy and her family/friends.

Hello
I just found out about her passing a few weeks ago. She is my best friend and always will be. I've been trying to contact her for the past 3 years. Love her so much and she will be missed dearly. No one informed me of her death at the time it happened. I'm torn apart.
