One never really knows the right things to say during such a time of grief. Especially when such a thing comes on the coat tails of loosing Michelle. The only thing I can think of is that we feel your grief...and grieve with you. But you have the love and support of this family Aunt Karen, for you a huge part of that family and always will be. I will fondly remember the memories of Uncle Dave. He is probably over on the other side with Michelle laughing about how Steph "ate her sketties" again...and my "recycled" whole hot dog pieces. Or how I always told Uncle Dave he looked like John Oats. And although those memories bring a tear to my eye, they also bring a smile to my face. I know that Uncle Dave is at peace now...and although I have not been the best niece by way of keeping in constant contact, I have learned with the passing of Michelle that regret is something that one should not hold on to...for where he is, there is no regret or grudges. I wish that I could be there, but unfortunately I cannot. My heart and prayers are there with you, Daren, Andrea, Vincent and Nikki. I am miles away, but I share your grief, sadness, love, and memories from a distance...but I am with your heart. I love you Aunt Karen. And I will miss Uncle Dave.

All my love, support and prayers

Steph

Dear Karen and Darren:

I was shocked to hear of Dave's death in church on Sunday but wanted you to know I am thinking of you both. My best memory of Dave was your house on Rosemont Avenue at Halloween. Dave scared my boys the one year so bad and I loved it. They loved it too. They always wanted to come to your house to see what new things Dave did. Please call me if there is anything I can do. My number is (610) 209-6572. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.

In Christ,
Pam
