Bertha 
C. Lawrence Triplett, 88, of Downingtown, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2010 at the Chester Valley Nursing Home in Malvern. She was the widow Franklin Lawrence and James Triplett.
Born on June 18, 1922 in Ash County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Mary Jane Hamm Taylor and Andrew Taylor.
An area resident most of her life, she was employed by the former Commodore Computers of West Chester, retiring in 1991.
She is survived by her beloved children: Helen Louise Lawrence of Downingtown and Larry L. Lawrence, Sr., companion of Dorothy Taylor, of Avondale; three grandchildren, Leda, Susan and Larry, Jr. and four great grandchildren, Brian, Brandy, Kendall and Aubree; and one sister, Tressie Greer of North Carolina.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in the Fairview Cemetery of Coatesville. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing, which will be held from 10 until 11 AM.
