My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Mindy. Mindy used to travel to my work in Philadelphia to do Massage Therapy. I spoke to her many times and she was a very strong and caring individual and I am glad to have met such a kind person. May she find peace and eternal rest. God bless.

For a few years Mindy made the long trip to our law firm to provide chair massages to our employees, who anxiously looked forward to her twice monthly trips. She was a beautiful person and much loved by all who were lucky enough to have known her sweet personality and experience her "magic hands". We miss her very much and send all of our prayers and thoughts to her family during this difficult time.

And just at the moment when someone at her side says: "She is gone",
there are others who are watching her coming, and other voices take up a glad shout: "There she comes" - and that is dying. An horizon and just the limit of our sight. Lift us up, Oh Lord, that we may see further.
- Bishop Brent

Mindy was a beautiful person, and I consider myself lucky to have known her, even though it was only for a short time. My deepest condolences to her family and close friends.

That's what she focused on, surrounded herself with, and embraced us with. She gave the best hugs ever. Her smile, her laugh, her eyes...so intelligent, and yet so silly and free and full of joy and life. My heart is broken. I am praying for all of you and sending you "so much love!"

I am so sorry for your loss!
I met Mindy thru a cancer program at the Y. She was so inspirational and full of life. We talked several times about our treatments and side effects and what we faced in the months ahead. She was very upbeat and determined to fight and do everything she could to get thru this. In the short time I knew her she impacted my life with her strength, determination and her obvious joy of life. She talked about her son and was very proud of him. She also loved her work, you could tell she was genuine in her love for helping people. I am so sorry that she has left this earth, but please take some solace in the fact that she impacted and touched so many lives and we are all better for knowing her!

“Nothing is more practical than finding God, that is, than falling in a love in a quite absolute, final way. What you are in love with, what seizes your imagination will affect everything. It will decide what will get you out of bed in the mornings, what you will do with your evenings, how you spend your weekends, what you read, who you know, what breaks your heart, and what amazes you with joy and gratitude. Fall in love, stay in love, and it will decide everything.”
(Pedro Arrupe, S.J.).

I think of how much light you have in your eyes. I see pictures of you and between that light and million dollar smile always showed how you loved life to the fullest. I will always remember you moreso as a teenager and then when you became a Mom. I know the heavens are singing your praise. Mother, Son, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers and family my deepest sympathy and love to you during this difficult time and always.

Dear Alijah,

When we first met, under the tree in front of your house, you jumped down from the branches so we could talk eye to eye. I found you to be a fascinating person. You exude insights beyond your age. Your gentle, understanding spirit makes it easy to know you and love you. You have the same growing strength in you that was already in your Mother. Her abiding love for you will always be apart of your life. When you miss her, be still... feel the strength of her spirit within you, feel the warmth of her love wrapped around you. Feeling the deep love and strength of your Mother's spirit will add to the strength of your already remarkable self and give you comfort and peace.

Love,
Janice
