When I got the call from Buster, I was speechless. So many memories...when we laughed together, cried together, prayed together. Doreen making sure I got to Aunt Doris so that she could deliver the eulogy at Mommy's services. My heart aches for our loss, but glories in the gain that Heaven now has. My prayer for the family is to remember that she walked with GOD and glories in HIS presence right now. May HE continue to sustain you through this time of sorrow. My love to all of you. Mildred

I hold many fond memories of Dorene and her zest for life and especially her beliefs. During high school we attended Victory Chapel (a fledgling church back then) and her calling was quite apparent at that time. Dorene will be missed but I'm sure, as I do, you have fond memories to sustain you. May God be with you and hold you at this difficult time!

We the Henderson Family send our sincere deepest sympathy and prayers to the King/Mills family. Apostle Dorene J. King was truly loved an a faithful servant of the lord! It was truly a blessing for me to have her come and speak at our Annual womens day at Star of Bethlehem UAME church, West Grove Pa, in April 2010. I will never forget the spiritual anointed women of God that she was. And I know she is "Taking it to the Bridge" in Heaven! Rip Apostle Dorene J. King! ♥

Although I graduated in '71, I remember Dorene from school and also from Parkesburg. After graduation, we'd see each other in town and catch up with what was going on in our lives. She would always listen and could always make me laugh, even during difficult times.
My sincere condolences to Dorene's family and friends. She was indeed a very special person.
