David Allen Morton, III, 55, of Coatesville, passed away on Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 at the Coatesville VA Hospice Unit. He was the beloved husband of Julia A. (Ban) Morton, with whom he shared 12 years of marriage.
Born in Trenton NJ, he was the son of the late David and Catherine (Koba) Morton.
He was a graduate of Neshaminy School District and attended the Pikes Creek Community College in Colorado for two years. Following 14 years of active duty service with the US Army, David worked at the Christmas Tree Shop in Downingtown.
He is survived, in addition to his wife Julia, by his two sons, David and Nathaniel Morton, their mother, Lisa Laudemann; his stepchildren, John, Theresa, & Shayla Sayers; and his sister and brother, Valerie and Frank Morton.
The Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 27th at 1:45 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.
