Rudolph Winchester, Jr., 61, of Van Ormer, PA died Sunday August 5, 2012 at UPMC-Montifiore, Pittsburgh. Born October 14, 1950 in Coatesville, a son of the late Rudolph and Margaret L. (Botkin) Winchester. He was married May 17, 1969, in Elkton, MD., to Kathleen A. Partner who survives along with three children: Rudolph R. (Lori) of Honey Brook, Edward W. (Deb) of Gap, and Robbie P. (Kara) of Parkesburg, 5 grandchildren, 1 greatgranddaughter, 6 siblings Norma Triplett of Honey Brook, Patty Gilbert and Randy, of Parkesburg, Janie Zane in Maryland, Debbie Haybecker and Tim, of Morgantown. Also surviving are his stepmother Jean Winchester of Parkesburg and numerous nieces and nephews.
He retired in 2002 as a gas cutter from Luken Steel, Coatesville after 33 years employment. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Services will be held at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow on Wednesday 10:00-11:30 am and also at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA on Wednesday evening, August 8, 2012 at 8:00pm with a viewing from 6 to 8:00pm Interment will be Thursday in Beaver Valley Cemetery, Flinton, PA.
