Patricia Anne Goshea, 77, of Parkesburg, PA, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022, in Lancaster, PA. Patty was the wife of the late Robert “Bob” Goshea with whom she shared 22 years of marriage before his passing in 2005.
Born in Oxford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bryant and Rose Moore Gwaltney.
Patricia worked at the former Quebecor Printing Company in Atglen for over 26 years, and most recently at EB Games in Sadsburyville. In her retirement she enjoyed doing word puzzles, spoiling, and bragging about her granddaughters.
She is survived by a daughter, Jennifer, wife of Charles Rice of Parkesburg, granddaughters, Katelyn and Rylie, and siblings, Rose Marie Flynn, Dolores (David) Cornette, Bonnie Gwaltney, Mary (Dan) Brown, William "Buster" (Carol) Gwaltney, and Jeannie Gwaltney, all of Oxford, PA and sister-in-law Diane Gwaltney from Earlesville, MD. She was preceded in death by siblings Juanita and Danny.
Family and friends are invited to attend a drop-in memorial that will be held on Saturday, May 7th, 2022 at Nottingham County Park, 150 Park Rd, Nottingham, PA 19362 from 12 noon to 3 PM.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity, in Patty Goshea’s name.
