Dear Peggy and Richie,
How very sorry I was to hear of the passing of your son, Norman. Losing a child must be the hardest thing in the world. I have known you such a short time, Peggy, but have learned you are a caring person that has gone through a lot in your life. You have been a strong support for so many that have known you. I just want you to know that if there is anything I can do, even if you just want to talk, I'll be glad to listen. I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
