Nancy Lou Mull

Nancy Lou Mull, 73, of Caln Township, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the Neighborhood Hospice Center in West Chester.


Born on December 3rd, 1937 in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Susan E. Mull.


Nancy graduated from Scott High School in 1955 and was employed as a floor clerk at the former Woolworth's Department Store in Coatesville and later she worked at Ames Department Store in Thorndale.


She is survived by her niece, Shelly A. Scott, wife of Randy, and nephew Robert K. Mull. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert L. Mull in 1999.


Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Paradise Mennonite Cemetery,with entrances from both Cherry Hill Rd. and Paradise Lane, Paradise, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Neighborhood Hospice of Chester County, 795 E. Marshall St. West Chester, PA 19386.

Nancy was a good friend of my mother, Betty Yeoman, and I know if my mother were here she would be saddened by her passing. I can remember as a child always going downstairs in Woolworth's for my mom to visit while I browsed the toy section, it was always a big day when you got to do that. To the family: I offer my condolences on behalf of my family and prayers are with you all at this time.
