Nancy Carroll Phillips, 90, of West Chester, passed away on Saturday, December 4th, 2021 under the care of Chester County Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, Nancy was the daughter of the late Edith Anna (Clineff) and Paul August Riedel.
Nancy retired as a secretary for Vishay Intertechnology in Malvern.
She is survived by her daughter, Denise Tomey, wife of Bob, of Parkesburg; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Nancy was predeceased by her two sons, Bruce J. Carroll and Keith J. Carroll, Sr.; and her grandson, Michael Devine.
Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at Old Union United Methodist Cemetery of Newton Square.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg.
