Mark W. Yeoman, 73, of Downingtown, PA passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. He was the beloved husband of Jean MacDougal Yeoman with whom he shared 42 years of marriage with. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Norman C. Yeoman and Janet Richmond Yeoman.

Mark was an area resident all his life and a 1967 graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville. He proudly served in the US Marine Corp from 1967 to 1971 during the Vietnam War. He was employed for 39 years by the Coatesville VAMC in the custodial department.

Mark was a member of the VFW 0945 and the American Legion. He also attended the Thorndale United Methodist Church.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by several loving nieces and nephews, two brothers: Bruce Yeoman of Lake Hurst, NJ and Dana Yeoman of Georgia, two sisters: Brenda Zappacosta of Coatesville and Diane Law also of Coatesville.

He was preceded in death by one brother Barry Yeoman.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Tel-Hai Chapel, 1200 Tel Hai Circle, Honey Brook, PA 19344. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing at the Chapel from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  Interment will directly follow funeral services at the Glen Run Baptist Cemetery, Atglen, PA.

Mark was Dana's brother and my brother in law. Our prayers and thoughts are with his wife, Jean and all of Mark's family and friends. He is missed, but the suffering has ended. We shall see you again.
