Marian L. Barry

Marian L. Barry, 84, of Downingtown, passed away on Wednesday, December 25th, 2019 at her home.  

She was the widow of the late J. Robert Barry, who passed away in 2005 after they had shared 44 years of marriage.  

Born in West Chester, Marian was the daughter of the late Emma (McCarter) and Lawrence Garrett.  

An area resident her entire life, Marian worked at Pepperidge Farm for 37 and a half years, retiring in 1993 as a Production Supervisor.  

She was a member of the Plymouth Owners Club - Mid Atlantic Region and an avid collector of decoys.

Everyone who knows Marian knows her special sense of humor, her love of people, and an amazing ability to light up a room. Marian didn’t have acquaintances, if you knew her, you were her friend.

Marian is survived by her extended loving family.  
 
A private burial will take place next to her husband at Grove Methodist Cemetery of West Chester.
