Margaret F. "Peggy" Saganich, 74, of Lincoln University, was called home to be with the Lord on May 14, 2019 surrounded by her family after a valiant battle with brain cancer. She and her husband, William J. Saganich, shared 50 years of marriage. Born in West Grove, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Wilson and the late Havard Gregg.
She was a graduate of Avon Grove High School, Class of 1962. She attended Christ Church at the Grove and was active in the Women's ministry. She dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, her granddaughters Alyssa and Haley, and had been active in the Avon Grove PTA. She enjoyed making chocolate candy and was famously known for her chocolate covered pretzels!
She is survived, in addition to her husband William, by her daughters, Monica, wife of Scott Philistine of Lincoln University and Christina, wife of Mike Hughes of Oxford, plus two granddaughters, Alyssa and Haley Miller. She is also survived by her siblings, Walter and wife Judy Gregg of West Grove, Buster and wife Linda Gregg of Alpharetta, GA and Sandy Ruffatt of Lincoln, DE as well as many nieces and nephews.
Internment will be at the Oxford Cemetery at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 23rd. A Celebration of Life will be held at Christ Church at the Grove, 1986 Newark Road in Lincoln University, PA at 11:00 am with a luncheon to immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Christ Church at the Grove (133 Sheehan Rd in Avondale, PA 19311) in her memory.

Writing can be tough, but it’s even harder when emotions are involved, like writing something heartfelt for a memorial. I’ve been in a situation where I had to write a personal, emotional piece and just couldn’t get the words right. That’s when I turned to https://essaybox.org/ They helped me put my thoughts into a more organized, eloquent form, which made the whole process a lot easier. Sometimes, having that extra help with something so important can make all the difference.
