Elizabeth Joan Wilson

Elizabeth Joan Wilson, 78, of Honey Brook, passed away at her home on Thursday, January, 1, 2015. She was the wife of the late James E. Wilson, Jr. who died last January. They shared 58 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Harry S. and Catherine Moran Mills. 

Joan and her husband were the owners and operators of Wilson's Eatery for close to 40 years.  

She is survived by three children; James E. Wilson III, husband of Linda, of Coatesville, Linda E. Wilson of Phoenix, AZ and Daniel E. Wilson, husband of Kimberly, of Coatesville; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a grandson and three sisters.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 11am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 10 to 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the  Chester County SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
