Edward Richard Salada, 45, of Honey Brook, PA, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of Gladys N. Seese Salada of Honey Brook and the late Norman J. Salada, Sr.

Eddie was an area resident all his life. He was employed for most of his life painting homes and doing house repair work.

Eddie, most of all, enjoyed spending time with his nephews and nieces who absolutely adored him. 

He is survived, in addition to his mother, by six siblings:  Rebecca Salada of Honey Brook, Thomas Salada of North Carolina, Norman Seese of Honey Brook, Brandi Diller and husband Tim of Narvon, Theresa Salada and Rodney Salada of Honey Brook and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers:  Norman J. Salada, Jr., William Salada and Michael Seese.

A Celebration of Service will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 with visitation from 10:00 AM to the time of the service. 

In order to protect those at risk, please wear a face mask and practice social distancing while at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Wilde Funeral Home at the above address to help the family defray funeral expenses.
