i'm so sorry for your families loss.  Darlene was a great friend,  great person.  My daughter used to call her the Mail Lady.  When JoAnn and I were teenagers Darlene used to take us for rides to Coatesville in her convertible.   It was so much fun.  Back and forth on the main drag. She's not struggling anymore.  God's got her!  And He'll take excellent care of her until you meet again.  She got her wings, she's free!  Nothing I can say can help take away your pain, I know that.  Just know she's at peace now!  Eternal peace.  I loved her too!

My sincerest sympathies to you all,

Debbie Helms

To Stacie, Laura, Celia and the Walton Family,
Darlene is now at peace and without pain. She is with a loving God and other family, friends and her Rusty. She was a kind, loving and generous person who would put others before herself. She was unselfish and loved her daughter more than anyone in this world. She had a terrific and beloved friend in Laura.and a wonderful sister in Celia.
I hope that there are VW Bugs in heaven. Darlene this world will sorely miss you and so will I. Love you and I love you three gals.

Darlene was small in stature, but was big in things that matter in life, Kindness and respect for everyone was her calling card . She always knew how things should be in life and wanted it so, she did this with kindness and respect for everyone. With a great sense of humor she made everyone around her feel comfortable and will be largely missed in our hearts. Darlene was and always will be the best neighbor ever!!!!

You always thought of everyone but yourself. To know you was to know a person who would do anything to help.  I will strive to be a better person to honor you. Thank you for loving me and showing me what love is. Love you to the moon and back Momma.  Save a place for me. ❤️

It's been a little over a month since Darlene went home to be with Our Lord and I'm still trying to come to grips with this loss here on earth. I know you are happy & healthy and enjoying that family reunion. But those of us left here are missing you every day, I turn around and look for you or want to call you and tell you about something stupid I did. You were one of my true Blessings from God. I take comfort in knowing where you are and pray that this grief I feel will lessen over time. Miss you and love you always and forever my dear sister. I'll see you again when God is ready for me.
