Richard Lee "Pup" Hanna, 65, of W. Brandywine Twp., passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Neighborhood Hospice Unit in West Chester, PA. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Llewellyn and Doris Godshall Hanna.

Rich was an area resident all his life and a 1969 graduate of the Coatesville Area High School. He was employed as a machine operator by Oberthur Technologies of Exton; and previously worked at the former FMC.

Rich loved classic cars and NASCAR. He was a member of Chester County Cruisers.

He is survived by two daughters; Cynthia Brownfield and husband Jason of Oklahoma, City, OK and Candice Reining and husband Arthur of Coatesville and three grandchildren; Taylor Hanna-Baron, Maddison Moore and Tobias Brownfield. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 1:00pm from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA. Visitation and viewing from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm.

Rich will be greatly missed as he was a good friend and co-worker. Rich was always willing to learn new things and was very good at teaching others. He truely will be missed.
