Betty A. Roth, 93, of Parkesburg, died on Monday, January 13, 2014 at the Pocopson Home. Born in Perry Point, MD, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Rhoda Nesbitt Charsha. Affectionately known as "Bingo Betty", she loved playing bingo in the area.
She is survived by three children; William H. Roth, Jr. and wife Patricia of West Caln, Betty A. Adams of Quarryville and Gerald E. Roth and wife Susan of Glenmoore, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one grandson Kevin E. Roth, nine brothers and six sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA followed by interment at the West Nottingham Presbyterian Cemetery, Colora, MD. Viewing from 10 to 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pocopson Home, 1695 Lenape Road, West Chester, PA 19382.
