To Judith, Brian and Jennifer and fmilies:
From the Ewing Class of 1957 we will miss Ray but will not forget his years at Ewing. He was a vital member of our varsity football team and a great player. In my yearbook he wrote: "Best of luck and success to a good guy and buddy". May God bless and comfort all of you in time of loss.
Ray Crump

Ray's Passing
18 February 2012
Dear Mrs. Jodith Crump,
I was distressed to find that another member of our Ewing High School Class of 1957 had gone to his reward: David Slaboda (our unofficial class historian) had sent me the access to Ray's obituary.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the services this coming week, but I will remember Ray in my prayers.
While I was in the high school band and orchestra, Ray was active in all of the sports being offered---especially baseball and football. Just like his class note, he had "a book in his hand, his mind on the field."
Blessings,
John Moroze

Judy and family,
We're so sorry to hear about Ray's passing, our prayers and condolences go out to you and your family. Ray was a close friend to so many of us back in Ewing and he will always be remembered as the gentle bear. Growing up with Ray is something I will always cherish, just going to a simple saxaphone lesson with Ray would turn out to be an experience you wouldn't forget. So many fond memories...
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
