Roberta L. Taylor, 79, formerly of Coatesville, passed away on Thursday, March 5th at the Honey Brook Gardens.  She was the widow of the late Robert Taylor who passed away in 1994.  

Born in Coatesville, Roberta was the daughter of the late Sara Jane (Garver) and Robert L. Thompson.  
Roberta was employed as a waitress at the former Lagey's Restaurant and also the Max Deli both of Coatesville. 
She was an officer and life member of the West End Fire Co. Ladies Auxillary and a member of the Polish American Club of Coatesville. 

Roberta is survived by her three children: Richard E. Thompson, husband of Carol, of Chase, MD, Cynthia Deloplaine, fiance of Willis Taylor, of Lancaster and Ronald Haines, husband of Kim, of Pottstown; six grandchildren; many great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; brother, Ronald Thompson; her niece Robin Burgess, who she helped raise; and her favorite nephews, Shane and Aaron Thompson.  

She was predeceased by her son Kenneth Haines and one brother Robert James Thompson.  

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 11am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in the Upper Octorara Cemetery of Parkesburg. Viewing from 10 - 11am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St. Philadelphia, PA 19103

Cindy, Will, and Family,

and memories, and Cindy while she was sick and needed help you were there 24/7

with her and so was your Uncle Ronnie,
