Thomas Edward Deatrick

Thomas Edward Deatrick, 74, of Gap, PA, passed away at his home on Monday, May 17, 2021.  He was the husband of Carol Anne Garland Deatrick.

He was born in Stony Brook, New York, the son of Edward Deatrick and Jean B. Nethery.

Thomas worked as a contractor and mason in construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and football.  He was a big fan of Tom Brady and the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by his children, Thomas "Woody" Lawrence and companion, Erin Skiles, of Gap, Heather Gordon of Tennessee, Dana Book, wife of Eric, of Mechanicsburg, PA, grandchildren, T.C. and Dustin Lawrence, Tristen, Seth, and Miranda Gordon, Ty Book, six great-grandchildren, and siblings Stephanie, wife of Ron, Young of Cambria County and Diane, wife of Shawn, Flannigan of Mt. Joy, PA.  He was preceded in death by a grandson, Dillan, and siblings Cathy Curley, Carolyn Liles, and Michael Deatrick.
