In 1951 Ted graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Management.

Mr. Roderer had a long, successful career in business leadership. Employed by Sherwin Williams for 30 years as Credit Manager, Store Manager, District Sales Manager, and Division Manager, he was twice recognized in the President’s Circle of Excellence. Throughout his life Ted was passionate about learning and reading, serving on the West Chester School Board and regularly challenging his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in spirited discussion and debate. Having secured success in his professional life with energy and drive, he brought that same energy to every part of his life. In his final days he was surrounded by family.
