Thelma I. Peron, 76, of Sadsburyville, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013, surrounded by her loving family at the Chester County Hospital. Born in Indiana, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Irene Jamison Houser.

Thelma had lived in the area since 1962 and was employed by Pepperridge Farms at the Denver, PA plant retiring in 2004. She was a member of the Upper Octorara Presbyterian Church. She was a loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and dear friend.

She is survived by three children; Michael S. Peron and wife Cathy of Brandamore, PA, William T. Peron and wife Kathy of Northeast, MD and Kimberly L., wife of Dennis Perry of Coatesville, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two siblings, Raymond Houser of Indiana, PA and Ruth LaVan of Home, PA and also her ex husband Jack L. Peron of Coatesville. She was preceded in death by one sister Arlene Houser.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 10am from the Upper Octorara Presbyterian Church, 1121 Octorara Trail, Parkesburg, PA with visitation at the church from 9 to 10am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Upper Octorara Church at the above address.

I was so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I know how difficult things are for you all right now and know that time will help you heal. Remember the good times and lean on each other.

I have many fond memories of your Mom (at the swim club, sledding at your house and others). I pray your memories will bring you comfort in the days and weeks ahead.

Mike, Bill, Kim and families--You and your families have my deepest sympathy. I have many fond memories of spending time with your mother years ago at Peron family gatherings. Thelma was a warm and caring person to all in our family. I am saddened by her passing.
