Shirley A. Collins, 79, of Honey Brook, died on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at the Brandywine Hospital. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Albert Hanna and Sylvia Trimble Haines. 

She was an area resident all her life. She was employed most of her life as a cook.

She is survived by five children; John A. Collins (Joanne) of Ronks, Jean Johnson of Leola, Jayne Schwartz (Donald) of Quarryville, Ida Collins of Honey Brook, Lisa Andrews (John) of Massillon, Ohio, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, one great great grandson and one brother Albert Hanna of Ephrata. She missed her deceased pet dog Toby Keith.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11am at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 followed by interment at the Fairview Cemetery, Coatesville. Viewing and visitation from 9 to 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Wilde Funeral Home at the above address to help defray funeral expenses.
