Rose Riccardi, 95, of Millsboro, De., formerly of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at the Renaissance Healthcare of Millsboro. She was the widow of the late Anthony Riccardi, Sr. with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.
Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Marie Baron Delfino and Nazzaro Delfino. She was a parishioner of the Saint John Fischer Catholic Church of ChiChester.
She was a resident of Chester for 75 years and Boothwyn for 20 years. She was employed by the Rodgers Dress Shop of Chester for five years, retiring some 30 years ago.
Rose is survived by her four children: Marie, Joseph, Delores and Anthony Jr.; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren and one sister, Janet Stitt.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 29, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Rd., Aston, Pa. 19104, followed by interment in the Immaculate Heart Cemetery of Linwood. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing, which will take place at the Church from 9 until 10 AM.
