Robert W. Davidson, Sr.

Robert W. Davidson, Sr., 69, of Honey Brook, died at his home on Monday, November 22, 2010. He was the husband of Maureen Jane Nemila Davidson with whom he shared 41 years of marriage. Born in West Chester, he was the son of the late Mildred Davidson Pluck and stepson to Walter J. Pluck of East Fallowfield.

Bob was an area resident all his life and a 1959 graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville. He proudly served in the US Army. He retired from Pepperidge Farms as a machinist. Bob was a member of the Olivet United Methodist Church.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by four children; Daniel W. Davidson, Josef Charles Davidson and Robert W. Davidson, Jr. all at home and Mandy Lyn Davidson of West Chester, one granddaughter Sarah Lee Pierce and three step sisters; Mildred Butler, Sara Lulu Stringer and Donna Marie Pluck all of Coatesville.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 11:00 am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 10 to 11:00 am.
