Those of you who knew Rob well knew of his love for young people. In keeping with his active spirit and love for teens in lieu of flowers please make a contribution to a young man and his family who we have known since he was in kindergarten with our daughter, Rene'. Jared Park and his wife Naldy are missionaries in Chile. They are working on starting a camp for teens and planting a church nearby. It is very easy to donate to them online. Go to IBMGlobal.org, Click on "Donate", then type "Park" in the space for Last Name, then click "Search". When the next screen comes, choose "Chile Camp Fund-Park Project". I grew up as a teen in the 80
I grew up as a teen in the 80's with Rob and Teri Jo as my youth leaders at Granite Baptist Church in Glen Bernie MD. Rob played a large part in developing me as a youth and I never forgot that. My sympathies go out to the family and friends. I look forward to seeing Rob again in heaven. Jim Vinyard
Teri and family, We were sad
Teri and family, We were sad to hear about Rob's passing. We will never forget all of the great memories made "up on the hill" camping during Family Week at HighPoint. We will be praying for you and your family during these days, weeks, and months to come. Love, Darl and Nancy
Impact
Rob and Terry Jo made an impact in my young life in Wyebrook's youth group. I will never forget the very fun times along with biblical teaching. I pray for comfort for the family Rob left behind.
I am so sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry for your loss. I know it is tough losing a loved one. I would like to give you some words of encouragement that helped me cope. A lot of people have been told things by others all their life and they believe what they are told just because they want to believe it and it sounds wonderful. What I would like to tell you though is not my opinion or my thoughts but God’s thoughts from the Bible, so please look at your Bible and see the truth. God promises that we will live again but it is not like what most people think. Please look at Revelation chapter 21 and verses 3 & 4 very closely. If you notice here it talks about death and pain being no more now ask yourself is there pain and death in Heaven? That scripture is talking about right here on Earth a kingdom that will be set up and ruled by Jesus that will rid mankind of death and pain, please look at Daniel 2 verse 44 and see that this is a real kingdom.
