We are truly sorry for your loss. Richard Herman was a true inspiration and mentor to “Scats” and the good ole boys of Westwood Fire Company and the Westwood area. He was a person they reflected on and will continue to reflect on for many years not only in the fire service, but in their personal lives.
His words of encouragement and his words of advisement have made many men understand the difference in right and wrong.
God bless you Joyce and the Herman family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
