Our family remembers happy visits to Janet and Ralph at their home back in Westwood. They were always a godly example of love as a couple, and then love and concern for others. Mr.Ralph Greir
Dear family of Ralph Grier, I just wanted to say how much I liked your Father. We only knew each other for about 2 years .I met him at Garden Spot, My Mother -in-law lives there. I go every Monday or Tuesdays to have dinner with her. I loved talking with him. He talked Alot of his family, I know he loved all of you Very much. I feel that I know all of you. I also know he loved his Lord very much also.I enjoyed and looked forward to seeing him on these days. My Granddaughter Brooke also loved Ralph. She would pray for him Every night faithfully! She couldn't wait to see him. She'd run to him and give him the biggest hugs, he'd have that big smile. One time she was sick, he was a mess till he seen her again. That means alot to us. He'd tell her Bible stories, stories of when he was a kid,and of all his kids. He was a VERY VERY special man. This world will not be the same with out him here. I know that when he started to get sick,he was very concerned for all of his children, being called to his side several times, from far distances. It bothered him to burden you. I again am very sorry for your loss. He's with Janet now . He couldn't wait to see her again for sure. He's playing with all the beagles he can stand. He's happy! God Bess and my prayers are with you for peace, comfort knowing that God is with all of you, just know that. Shari Englerth
Dear Sue, Sandy, and
Dear Sue, Sandy, and Esther,
May our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ be with you now during your time of separation with your father. He is resting in the arms of Jesus with his beloved Janet, and so many others who have gone on before him. Heaven will be quite sweet as we will one day be reunited with those many we have lost in this world.
May the peace of God be with you and have many wonderful memories.
Love always,
Carol Mattick Kauffman and Elmer Kauffman

My sister, Linda Herman and I, were very honored to have known both Mr. Grier as well as his parents. Ralph and Janet were married and living in Westwood when Westwood Union Church's young people's group went skiing in New Hampshire and the old Mr. Grier took us up in a nine-passenger station wagon.
I didn't know the younger Griers too well, but they were all godly people and my sister and I were privileged to have known all of them.
I feel confident that Mr. Grier will be right up there with his parents and Janet, waiting for me to come along when it's my turn.
Love in Him who loves us all,
Judith Herman Khan
Ralph Grier
I had the pleasure of working with Ralph when he and I worked the midnight shift at Brandywine Security at Lukens Steel. He was not only a dependable and conscientious employee, but also a kind and caring one. the one thing that stands out the most was how very much he loved his family. he adored Janet and talked so much of his kids that I knew all of them by name. I know his faith was strong and if anything good comes out of this is that he's with the Lord and walking with the woman he adored once again.
