Phillip Lee Bliffen

Phillip Lee Bliffen, 79, of West Chester passed away at Pocopson Home on Monday, December 26, 2022. Born in Baltimore City, Maryland, he was the son of the late Melvin Bliffen and Mildred (Brown) Bliffen. He was the beloved husband of Gail Bliffen with whom he shared 41 years of marriage.  

Phillip enjoyed road trips, going to the mountains, and the beach. He was a natural leader and loved his family immensely.  

He served as a salesperson in various forms from Car sales to other business ventures.  

He is survived in addition to his wife by two children: Jessica Bliffen and partner Bruce W. Charsha of Parkesburg, and Jason Bliffen and wife Alix Bliffen of Goose Creek, SC, two siblings: James Bliffen and partner Denise Markoff and Rose (Bliffen) Feldeverd and husband Nick.  Additionally, he is survived by 5 grandchildren: Paislee Brock, Bryce Bliffen, Greyson Bliffen, Aaralynn Bliffen, and Kayleigh Bliffen, 3 nephews: Justin, Todd, and Eric, and nieces: Francee and Rebeka.  

He is preceded in death by his sister: Eileen (Bliffen) Haffner.  

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
