Marie T. Gethin

Marie T. Gethin, 70, of Coatesville, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Maplewood Manor Nursing Home of Philadelphia. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Stella Pierce McKaige.

She is survived by one son; Brendan W. Gethin and wife Veronica of Coatesville, two granddaughters; Victoria and Vanessa Gethin, one sister Florence Hanlin of Locust Grove, VA and three brothers; Patrick McKaige of Ridley Park, PA, Robert McKaige of Cheltenham, PA and Aloysius McKaige of Seattle, WA. She was preceded in death by a brother Walter McKaige.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at 11:00 am from Our Lady of Consolation Church, 603 W. Second Ave., Parkesburg, PA followed by inurnment at the Parkesburg Catholic Cemetery. Relatives and friends are also invited to attend the visitation at the Church from 10:00 am to the time of the service.
